At KAVU, we want to ensure your gear is perfect for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
