What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I care for my Rope Bag?
To keep your bag looking fresh, we recommend spot cleaning with cold water and a mild detergent. Air dry only; do not put your KAVU bags in the dryer as it may damage the fabric and hardware.
